one of the cutest projects i did this year was a stuffed felt mr. potato head (found here) for my niece and nephew.
thanks to velcro and a back pocket to hold all pieces you can have a quiet mr. potato head that you could even take to church!

there are so many cute pieces that you can make to go with this.
possibilities are endless!
now i need to make one for my own kids.
and on my new sewing machine it will be a breeze.
and not a lot of swearing every time my machine acts up!
